Lineside provides unique accommodation for the discerning visitor who wants contemporary modern holiday accommodation with immediate access to local amenities. The living area is on the top floor affording lots of natural light and great views both to the front and rear of the property.
The open plan kitchen and living area provide a warm lounge/dining/entertaining area. There is access from the lounge out onto a balcony which overlooks views to the west and affords a spectacular view of the railway line and also acts as a splendid external dining area.
The accommodation provides 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 6. At ground floor level, there is a twin room with en-suite. At the rear is a double bedroom which enjoys extensive views and natural light and sliding doors to the garden.
Also on the ground floor level, there is a WC and utility room together with a generous reception area with a flight of stairs leading to the living area.
At first floor level, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite, situated off the lounge area also with access to the viewing deck.
Externally, at the front, there is generous parking for 3 cars. To the rear, the garden and decking area which is bordered by the railway line from Inverness to Perth.
The accommodation particularly suited to two couples sharing or a family of up to 6. PLEASE NOTE An additional charge of £100 is payable when SIX Adults are staying.
Dogs are welcome by prior agreement, (at £25 per week each maximum of 2), subject to some strict terms and conditions.
Change Over Day – Friday
Our weekly holiday lets run from Friday to Friday. Check-in time is STRICTLY 4pm each Friday. Check-out time is 10am on Friday.
Our accommodation includes all bedding, towels and is strictly non smoking throughout.
